SwimScore provides technology, testing coordination, and administrative services that support clinics, healthcare providers, and laboratories.

Depending on how your test is ordered, SwimScore may process health information on behalf of your clinic or healthcare provider. When applicable, that provider's Notice of Privacy Practices governs how protected health information is used and disclosed. You may request a copy of the applicable notice directly from your provider or by contacting [email protected].
